Shipping & Returns

LOACL PICK-UP ORDERS

After the customer has received the "order is ready for pickup" confirmation email, they will have 14 days to pickup the order.

Returns and exchanges for pickup orders will not be accepted past 30 days of the "order is ready for pickup" confirmation email.

FOR EXAMPLE:

  • "Order is Ready" email is sent on September 1st
  • The order must be picked up by September 15
  • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after October 1st.

Don't worry, we won't get rid of your goodies! :) However, orders picked up after the 14 day pickup window will NOT be elidable for returns/exchanges.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed to ship.

We ship out of Hendersonville, Tennessee and cannot guarantee transit time as that is the responsibility of the carrier.  

Need your order fast fast FAST? Just select our Express Shipping option at checkout!

Local? Please choose Curbside/In-store Pickup. 

We currently do not offer international shipping.

RETURNS

Of course we hope you are more than thrilled with your goodies from The Trendy Trunk! In the event that you're not, here’s how we’ll remedy it!

ALMOST all items are eligible for FREE returns, please see below for exceptions & rules. Contact [email protected] to initiate return/exchange requests.

  • RETURNS: You may return new, unused merchandise items within 30 days of delivery. Upon quality inspection approval, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Refunds will be issued (minus shipping) to original form of payment or store credit-whichever you prefer.
  • EXCHANGES: For all approved merchandise exchange requests, we will send a prepaid shipping label for you to return the original item(s). Once the original return arrives back to us and passes quality inspection, we will send the new merchandise to you at no additional cost. (If the customer wishes to continue exchanging after the initial process has been completed, any further shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.)
  • Original packaging (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. (Any discrepancies will be subject to store discretion.)
  • All sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Please allow time for bank transactions, shipping transit, and processing.
  • PRESALE/PREORDER items are eligible for exchange only (upon approval) for a different size/color of the same item.
